Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edvaldo Furtado got the match started through his kick off. In the 7th minute, Morangaba's Alfredo Pernambucano seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Alfredo Pernambucano the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Morangaba protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alfredo Pernambucano had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 6 minutes into the game, one of Morangaba:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Aleandro Mumbach took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kauã de Lara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Durvalino Baptista hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Zanette notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Morangaba's Aleandro Mumbach. Aleandro Mumbach was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edvaldo Furtado in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aleandro Mumbach prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erivaldo Dante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederico Mineiro having to interfere. 29 minutes into the game, Erivaldo Dante cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Frederico Mineiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aleandro Mumbach made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Zanette in the 32nd minute of play. Aleandro Mumbach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edvaldo Furtado in the 34th minute of the match. 35 minutes into the game, Fernandinho Ferreira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Estacada SC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Morangaba the free kick. After a rather tough play, Estacada SC's Fernandinho Ferreira got a free kick in the 35th minute. Frederico Mineiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erivaldo Dante in the 37th minute of play. Frederico Mineiro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Miguel da Costa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 41 minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

A hard shot by Celso Vander from long distance, 54 minutes into the match, got Aleandro Mumbach's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 58th match minute, Morangaba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan de Souza to maneuver through the defense. Erivaldo Dante blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frederico Mineiro having to make a save. With a little luck, Morangaba's Aleandro Mumbach got control of the ball when Kauã de Lara tried to sneak it across the goal line. Frederico Mineiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erivaldo Dante's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. In the 70th minute Edvaldo Furtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aleandro Mumbach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 72 minutes, Celso Vander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Estacada SC and the Morangaba players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Estacada SC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Celso Vander hit a great ball. In the 78th minute of the match, Kauã de Lara got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aleandro Mumbach was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Edvaldo Furtado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
