Giovanni Amaral could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Célio Antunes made a huge save. João Augusto Arce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geraldo Gaspar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geraldo Gaspar's late challenge caught a Real Time Internacional's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geraldo Gaspar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 97th match minute, Belisario EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geraldo Gaspar to maneuver through the defense. Real Time Internacional's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
