Clube Atlético Soulja's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Roger de Andrade scored to the left of an out of position Dedé Linhares, making the score, 1-0. Tiago Gabriel de Toledo might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dedé Linhares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tiago Gabriel de Toledo ran back to his position shaking his head. If Tiago Gabriel de Toledo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, João Adolfo Damião managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luís Gustavo Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvaldo Faria, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Dedé Linhares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 96 played minutes Clube Atlético Soulja got a freekick which was hit by Serafim de Amorim. There was no doubt that Zambianco FC were the better team. Zambianco FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
