Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dé Lago got the match started through his kick off. 10 minutes into the game, Rafael Maia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S.E.Lauzane Pta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guapore the free kick. In the 10th minute, Rafael Maia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute, Custódio Moreno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The S.E.Lauzane Pta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 21st minute Custódio Moreno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jefferson de Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Custódio Moreno notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Guapore's Jefferson de Senna. Jefferson de Senna was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Paulo Renato Guimarães kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Custódio Moreno in the 46th minute of play forced Guapore's goalkeeper Jefferson de Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Kiko de Brito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. S.E.Lauzane Pta's Osvaldo do Nascimento was substituted for Luizinho Botelho. A collision led to S.E.Lauzane Pta getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Edson de Castro hit a great ball. With a little luck, Guapore's Jefferson de Senna got control of the ball when Belmiro Leme tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 95 minutes, Claudinei de Senna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guapore and the S.E.Lauzane Pta players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Custódio Moreno in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jefferson de Senna saved Guapore from getting behind. S.E.Lauzane Pta's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
