In the 10th minute Cleiton do Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elivélton Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorge Matorin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anguera SC's Cleiton do Valle managed to work through AND-VASCOWD's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Cleiton do Valle dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Elivélton Perez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Matorin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Cleiton do Valle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 31 minutes, Cleiton do Valle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anguera SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cleiton do Valle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 35 minutes into the game, AND-VASCOWD's Falcão Magalhães nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maurinho Netto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 39 minutes into the game, Falcão Magalhães recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Maurinho Netto. Falcão Magalhães showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Jeremias Novaes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

AND-VASCOWD's Elivélton Perez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save AND-VASCOWD from getting a goal against them. Cleiton do Valle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeremias Novaes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maurinho Netto having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, AND-VASCOWD's goalkeeper Elivélton Perez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cleiton do Valle. Gildo Perez kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After some careless play in the AND-VASCOWD defense, Cleiton do Valle kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elivélton Perez. The AND-VASCOWD fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elivélton Perez should have stopped the shot. Elivélton Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Válbson Souza in the 71st minute of the match. With his leg Elivélton Perez managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when Anguera SC's Cleiton do Valle fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Matorin in the 80th minute of play forced AND-VASCOWD's goalkeeper Elivélton Perez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cleiton do Valle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Elivélton Perez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The AND-VASCOWD support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
