Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. José Maria Mattos started the match with the kick off. Edmílson Schmidt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from José Maria Mattos went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Edmílson Schmidt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Adolfo dos Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorginho Mota charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorginho Mota the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Alferes AD getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Jorginho Mota hit a great ball. Edmílson Schmidt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeferson Rosado in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, João Adolfo dos Santos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edmílson Schmidt. Alferes AD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that João Adolfo dos Santos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Alferes AD's zone, José Maria Mattos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmílson Schmidt came out of the goal and José Maria Mattos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edmílson Schmidt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Maria Mattos, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Edmílson Schmidt came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Manissivo's Jeferson Rosado. But to his dismay, Jeferson Rosado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Edmílson Schmidt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Maria Mattos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But to his dismay, João Adolfo dos Santos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Alferes AD's Edmílson Schmidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Maria Mattos in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Manissivo were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Luís Eduardo Toledo made the kick off in the second half. Manissivo's Cafu Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Eduardo Toledo in the 52nd minute of play. Edmílson Schmidt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeferson Rosado in the 54th minute of play. José Maria Mattos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Edmílson Schmidt when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 59th match minute, Alferes AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorginho Mota to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the game, Luís Eduardo Toledo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alferes AD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manissivo the free kick. Luís Eduardo Toledo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Alferes AD's Edmílson Schmidt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Maria Mattos in the 63rd minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Alferes AD's goal looked a bit too open when Jeferson Rosado came free, but Edmílson Schmidt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valdo Bueno kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. João Adolfo dos Santos scored 0-7 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edmílson Schmidt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Edmílson Schmidt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armandinho Arce in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute, João Adolfo dos Santos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Manissivo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. 82 minutes into the match, Alferes AD's goalkeeper Edmílson Schmidt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Armandinho Arce. Edmílson Schmidt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armandinho Arce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Alferes AD's goal looked a bit too open when Jeferson Rosado came free, but Edmílson Schmidt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If José Maria Mattos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Jeferson Rosado dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edmílson Schmidt, 0-9. 94 minutes into the game, Jeferson Rosado recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edmílson Schmidt. Jeferson Rosado showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-10. Manissivo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
