When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luan Branco made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Alferes AD's Luís Eduardo Toledo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eriberto Trigo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A hard shot by Valdo Bueno from long distance, 98 minutes into the match, got Eriberto Trigo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Alferes AD's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
