The supporters of Engenhinho SS booed when Zeppelin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elói Arruda didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Engenhinho SS's Silas Galvão slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Durvalino Queiroz. That made the score 2-1 after 23 minutes of play.
