Celsinho Cardoso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ernesto de Carvalho having to make a save. When the final whistle sounded Travesao left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Piranguassu AD.
