Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Xandão E.C's Rodolfo Guedes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dinei Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Baiano in the 5th minute of play. Percy Lara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvério Tinoco in the 8th minute of the match. Juarês Cruz kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. If Rodolfo Guedes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvério Tinoco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Percy Lara having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Nitro Pak's goalkeeper Percy Lara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodolfo Guedes. Nelsinho Cordeiro charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nelsinho Cordeiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 23rd match minute, Nitro Pak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nelsinho Cordeiro to maneuver through the defense. Mateus Mumbach came free with the goalkeeper in the 27th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Percy Lara could save by the left post. When Juarês Cruz came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Nitro Pak fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juarês Cruz couldn't finish the play. Dinei Alves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laércio Marinho in the 35th minute of play. Umberto Queiroz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Percy Lara made a huge save. Xandão E.C's Silvério Tinoco got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 46 played minutes, Nitro Pak's Valério Saraiva shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dinei Alves came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nitro Pak reached it.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rodolfo Baiano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Nitro Pak's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Guedes came free, but Percy Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th match minute, Xandão E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natã Melo to maneuver through the defense. Laércio Marinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinei Alves having to interfere. Nitro Pak's Percy Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvério Tinoco in the 59th minute of play. Rodolfo Guedes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Percy Lara having to interfere. The supporters of Xandão E.C booed when Nitro Pak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juarês Cruz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65thth minute of the game Rodolfo Guedes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nitro Pak's Percy Lara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Percy Lara came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Xandão E.C's Silvério Tinoco. But to his dismay, Silvério Tinoco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The supporters of Xandão E.C booed when Nitro Pak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laércio Marinho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvério Tinoco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Percy Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 93 played minutes Nitro Pak got a freekick which was hit by Juarês Cruz. Xandão E.C's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
