Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Fachinal's Dráusio Machado started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tales Campidelis had great luck who in the 6thth minute grab hold of the ball when Dráusio Machado from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Davi Simão during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the referee ended the match the Fachinal players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
