Sandro Senna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Betão França made a huge save. Pedro Simões fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Betão França having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Dalmo Vasconcelos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ronaldão Marquez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Dalmo Vasconcelos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Ronaldão Marquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mateus Maciel hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Bebeto Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Betão França showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Demarcacao's Bebeto Abreu got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ronaldão Marquez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalmo Vasconcelos in the 44th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bebeto Abreu in the 47th minute of play forced Anaje SS's goalkeeper Ronaldão Marquez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pedro Simões stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bebeto Abreu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronaldão Marquez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Demarcacao's Betão França played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandro Senna in the 68th minute of play. With a little luck, Anaje SS's Ronaldão Marquez got control of the ball when Bebeto Abreu tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Bebeto Abreu came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Demarcacao fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bebeto Abreu couldn't finish the play. Bebeto Abreu in the 83rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ronaldão Marquez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Demarcacao walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
