FC Dynamo 88's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After 5 minutes, Baltazar Veiga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bomfim EC and the FC Dynamo 88 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th match minute, Bomfim EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltazar Veiga to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Hu Xi Zheng managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Dynamo 88's supporters rose to their feet, but Hu Xi Zheng was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maicon Terra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of FC Dynamo 88 booed when Bomfim EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gildo Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gildo Costa came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Bomfim EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gildo Costa couldn't finish the play. Fábio Rossi's late challenge caught a Bomfim EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fábio Rossi helped the player get up and apologised. Sydney Pena stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vinícius Guerra's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the game, Vinícius Guerra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bomfim EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Dynamo 88 the free kick. In the 20th minute, Vinícius Guerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dráusio Tinoco got free with Maicon Terra in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hu Xi Zheng took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maicon Terra. Maicon Terra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 32 minutes into the game, FC Dynamo 88's Dráusio Tinoco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maicon Terra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 35th minute, Hu Xi Zheng made a precise shot to the right of Maicon Terra. Bomfim EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 39 minutes into the match, Bomfim EC's goalkeeper Maicon Terra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dráusio Tinoco. When Hu Xi Zheng came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the FC Dynamo 88 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hu Xi Zheng couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Bomfim EC's zone, Hu Xi Zheng stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maicon Terra came out of the goal and Hu Xi Zheng tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hu Xi Zheng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Gildo Costa made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hu Xi Zheng in the 52nd minute of play forced Bomfim EC's goalkeeper Maicon Terra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Hu Xi Zheng sped through Bomfim EC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maicon Terra. Luís Fernando D'Mello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Maicon Terra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hu Xi Zheng in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maicon Terra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Dynamo 88's Hu Xi Zheng got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Hu Xi Zheng sped through Bomfim EC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maicon Terra. When Vinícius Guerra came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Bomfim EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vinícius Guerra couldn't finish the play. 78 minutes into the game, Hu Xi Zheng cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Maicon Terra was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maicon Terra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hu Xi Zheng's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Luís Fernando D'Mello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Maicon Terra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maicon Terra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hu Xi Zheng, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute, Fábio Rossi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Dynamo 88 fully deserved thier win.
