A collision led to Russas AD getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Agenor Pinheiro hit a great ball. Ivo Meira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastião de Brito having to interfere. Eusébio Félix struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Sebastião de Brito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Russas AD. In the 96th minute, Eusébio Félix ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebastião de Brito was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Russas AD's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
