In the 12th match minute, Tabajara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Hermes to maneuver through the defense. Cristiano Ramalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafa Sousa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute Rafa Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Ramalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristiano Ramalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Abraão in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mo Xiang Qi in the 22nd minute of play forced Tropa do GG's goalkeeper Eliseu Paranaense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tabajara's Cristiano Ramalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Renato de Sena in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafa Sousa in the 27th minute of play forced Tabajara's goalkeeper Cristiano Ramalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Mo Xiang Qi took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Eliseu Paranaense to make any attempt to save it. Tadeo Zapater sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Tabajara's Lino Hermes got a free kick in the 36th minute. Tabajara's Cristiano Ramalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafa Sousa in the 42nd minute of play. The supporters of Tabajara booed when Tropa do GG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jardel Baptista didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tadeo Zapater fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu Paranaense having to interfere.

The wind increased when Rafa Sousa made the kick off in the second half. Romário de Mendonça could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Cristiano Ramalho made a huge save. Rafa Sousa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristiano Ramalho was a little too slow when Paulo Renato de Sena got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 1-2. 59 minutes into the game, Tadeo Zapater cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Eliseu Paranaense was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tabajara's Cristiano Ramalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Renato de Sena in the 65th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Mo Xiang Qi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tabajara's supporters rose to their feet, but Mo Xiang Qi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliseu Paranaense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 74th minute, Tropa do GG's Rafa Sousa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cristiano Ramalho. Cristiano Ramalho yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. 81 minutes into the match, Tabajara's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Renato de Sena came free, but Cristiano Ramalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tadeo Zapater received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Eliseu Paranaense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Tropa do GG's Rafa Sousa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cristiano Ramalho. Cristiano Ramalho yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tropa do GG had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
