If Jefferson Bezerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jefferson Bezerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Jefferson Bezerra came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Atlético Rioverdense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jefferson Bezerra couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute, Durval Branco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Charles Ceresso was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Jefferson Bezerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Durval Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Durval Branco came up free with the goalie in the 49th minute, the Atlético Rioverdense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Durval Branco couldn't finish the play.

The wind increased when Jefferson Bezerra made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Jefferson Bezerra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Charles Ceresso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Durval Branco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jefferson Bezerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chuna SC's Charles Ceresso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jefferson Bezerra in the 62nd minute of play. When Durval Branco came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Atlético Rioverdense fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Durval Branco couldn't finish the play. If Durval Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Chuna SC's Miguel Fantini got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 72nd minute of the match Benedito Prata sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Charles Ceresso skillfully saved the ball. Durval Branco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Charles Ceresso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Durval Branco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Ceresso having to interfere. In the 79th minute Jefferson Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Ceresso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jefferson Bezerra in the 83rd minute of play forced Chuna SC's goalkeeper Charles Ceresso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Durval Branco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Charles Ceresso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Chuna SC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Tião Loyola hit a great ball. Otávio Mandrak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Ceresso having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Atlético Rioverdense's Jefferson Bezerra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Charles Ceresso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 94 minutes into the match, Chuna SC's goal looked a bit too open when Durval Branco came free, but Charles Ceresso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Durval Branco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jefferson Bezerra struck a weak shot in the 99th minute. Charles Ceresso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Rioverdense.
