Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Doni Branco got the match started through his kick off. Doni Branco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kléber da Cunha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. Ian Vinhas hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Alcidio FC's Luisão Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldinho Prado in the 16th minute of play. Luisão Miranda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luizão Mattos in the 21st minute of the match. After 22 played minutes Alcidio FC got a freekick which was hit by Valdir Meira. After having played for 23 minutes, Luizão Mattos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oitis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luizão Mattos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 33 played minutes Alcidio FC got a freekick which was hit by Olavo Fontes. 1-0 came in the 37th minute when Lúcio Galvão all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Kléber da Cunha. A collision led to Alcidio FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Valdir Meira hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronaldinho Prado made a kick off. Kléber da Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doni Branco, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Célio Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Alcidio FC's Luisão Miranda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Alcidio FC from getting a goal against them. If Doni Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Olavo Fontes hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute, Enio Araújo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute, Doni Branco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doni Branco in the 88th minute of play forced Oitis's goalkeeper Kléber da Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Alcidio FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ademar Baptista hit a great ball. A long shot from Breno Faria in the 91st minute of play was well struck, but Luisão Miranda made a really good save at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in Oitis's zone, Doni Branco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kléber da Cunha came out of the goal and Doni Branco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th minute, Célio Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
