César Albuquerque charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed César Albuquerque the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 8 played minutes Janga FC got a freekick which was hit by César Albuquerque. In the 16th minute Willian Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorian Diniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Ulysses Nunes fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ezequiel Corrêa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th match minute, Janga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tostão Gaúcho to maneuver through the defense. Dorian Diniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Willian Queirós, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Dorian Diniz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Corrêa in the 47th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Corrêa in the 51st minute of play forced Janga FC's goalkeeper Dorian Diniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 52 minutes into the match, Janga FC's goalkeeper Dorian Diniz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Willian Queirós. In the 57thth minute of the game Ezequiel Corrêa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Janga FC's Dorian Diniz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ezequiel Corrêa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Dorian Diniz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ezequiel Corrêa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dorian Diniz was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. If Ezequiel Corrêa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dorian Diniz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Willian Queirós in the 77th minute. After 78 minutes of play, Veteranos's Willian Queirós made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dorian Diniz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dorian Diniz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Corrêa in the 83rd minute of the match. Willian Queiróss short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Dorian Diniz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Janga FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Veteranos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
