In the 15thth minute of the game Dagoberto Schmidt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VAI CORINTHIANS's Franklin Andrade was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 16 minutes into the game, Sidnei Mattos recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Franklin Andrade. Sidnei Mattos showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 22 minutes in the game, Sidnei Mattos fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Franklin Andrade having to interfere. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind VAI CORINTHIANS's goalkeeper Franklin Andrade, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. VAI CORINTHIANS's Franklin Andrade tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Pendencias EC had played much better football throughout.
