Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wanderson Brasil started the match with the kick off. Manuel Vergílio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cláudio Santos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Erivaldo Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robinho Toledo in the 9th minute of play. Robinho Toledo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erivaldo Silva having to interfere. Robinho Toledo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Erivaldo Silva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. When Enio Braga came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Fonceca FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enio Braga couldn't finish the play. Erivaldo Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robinho Toledo in the 23rd minute of play. Wanderson Brasil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cláudio Santos having to interfere. Remo Tande kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Tony Silveira's shot from long distance in the 28th minute was not bad at all, but Fonceca FC's Cláudio Santos knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Fonceca FC's goalkeeper Cláudio Santos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Erivaldo Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robinho Toledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After a rather tough play, Zoro's Gilson Rosa got a free kick in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Enio Braga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erivaldo Silva. Zoro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enio Braga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Fonceca FC's Enio Braga got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Enio Braga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 52nd minute Gilson Rosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erivaldo Silva was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Robinho Toledo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Robinho Toledo really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Robinho Toledo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Erivaldo Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fonceca FC's Cláudio Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Vergílio in the 63rd minute of play. Erivaldo Silva made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enio Braga in the 66th minute. Erivaldo Silva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robinho Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th match minute, Zoro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caetano Salgado to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute Lucas Lucas managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. 76 minutes into the match, Zoro's goalkeeper Erivaldo Silva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enio Braga. 82 minutes into the game, Remo Tande was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fonceca FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zoro the free kick. A collision led to Fonceca FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Remo Tande hit a great ball. When Zoro's Wanderson Brasil in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fonceca FC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robinho Toledo in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erivaldo Silva saved Zoro from getting behind. Fonceca FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
