Spectators: 7159 (Terracing: 5371, Seating: 1646, VIP seats: 142) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mateus Marinho took the kick off in the first half of the match. Zeca de Medeiros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 5th minute, Mateus Marinho fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. AD Pucuriu's Zeca de Medeiros got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 14th minute Marcinho Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raúl Mazza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th match minute, AD Pucuriu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezequiel Garci to maneuver through the defense. When Mateus Marinho came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the AD Pucuriu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mateus Marinho couldn't finish the play. After having played for 21 minutes, Zeca de Medeiros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AD Pucuriu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zeca de Medeiros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Mateus Marinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zeca de Medeiros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jailson Damião having to interfere. ıgrεjα pεrpεtυσ sσcσrrσ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 26th minute, when Mateus Marinho scored to the left of an out of position Jailson Damião, making the score, 1-0. Zeca de Medeiros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 45 minutes into the match, Mateus Marinho dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jailson Damião, 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Durval Macedo made a kick off. Mateus Marinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeca de Medeiros in the 53rd minute of play forced ıgrεjα pεrpεtυσ sσcσrrσ's goalkeeper Jailson Damião to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by João Pedro Garcia during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luís Fábio Tasso got free with Raúl Mazza in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee felt a red card was in order, 77 minutes into the game, when Ricardo da Rocha put in a rough tackle. Zeca de Medeiros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 95 minutes, Eusébio Peixoto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AD Pucuriu and the ıgrεjα pεrpεtυσ sσcσrrσ players grew even worse after the yellow card. AD Pucuriu were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
