Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Régis Carneiro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. But to his dismay, Régis Carneiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 16th minute, Régis Carneiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flavinho do Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dedé Rodrigues in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Régis Carneiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roberto Trancoso was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 24 minutes into the match, Luís Fábio Gaspar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Flavinho do Nascimento. Arrozal FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luís Fábio Gaspar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Elano Nunes kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Arrozal FC's zone, José Pedro Paranaense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavinho do Nascimento came out of the goal and José Pedro Paranaense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Arrozal FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Víktor Miranda hit a great ball. Flavinho do Nascimento made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Tomé Vianna sent off a good shot on target. Roberto Trancoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Régis Carneiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Régis Carneiro in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roberto Trancoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arrozal FC's Flavinho do Nascimento proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Arrozal FC from getting a goal against them.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dedé Rodrigues stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Arrozal FC booed when F.C Laranja Mecânica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dedé Rodrigues didn't get a good kick on the ball. Flavinho do Nascimento came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by F.C Laranja Mecânica's Dedé Rodrigues. But to his dismay, Dedé Rodrigues quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. With his leg Roberto Trancoso managed to avoid a goal in the 63rdth minute, when Arrozal FC's Régis Carneiro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Durvalino Eger couldn't finish the play. Flavinho do Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomé Vianna in the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd minute Dedé Rodrigues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavinho do Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arrozal FC's Anísio Messias got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tibor Kriššák recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arrozal FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
