Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ibiraci FC's Zachary Rasialdo got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Ibiraci FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Rafael Xavier hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute Luiz Fabiano Chaves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Augusto Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 25 played minutes Magno got a freekick which was hit by Diguinho Azevedo. When Ramón Camargo fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Magno's protests and gave Ramón Camargo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th minute, Ramón Camargo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Ibiraci FC's João Augusto Félix got control of the ball when Jano Batista tried to sneak it across the goal line. Diguinho Azevedo's late challenge caught a Ibiraci FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The supporters of Ibiraci FC booed when Magno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jano Batista didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Augusto Félix was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Caco Neto. Jano Batista could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but João Augusto Félix made a huge save.

João Augusto Félix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Fabiano Chaves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. João Augusto Félix was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 68 minutes into the match, Ibiraci FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jano Batista came free, but João Augusto Félix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Luiz Fabiano Chaves came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Magno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Fabiano Chaves couldn't finish the play. In the 81st minute, Jano Batista got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Délio Silveira charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Délio Silveira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ibiraci FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Magno had won, even though Ibiraci FC had held more of the ball.
