Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Fábio Ortiz in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Remo Nóbrega prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Luiz Fábio Linares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remo Nóbrega made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Luiz Fábio Linares sent off a good shot on target. Claudinei Lucas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mário Breckenfeld having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Acurizal SS's Vânderson Esteves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mário Breckenfeld narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Remo Nóbrega made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luiz Fábio Linares in the 31st minute. Marcel Moraes hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. If Vânderson Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the match, Acurizal SS's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Proença came free, but Remo Nóbrega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 minutes, Gabriel do Vale mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Acurizal SS and the DRVH TEAM players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Acurizal SS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 45th minute. Penalty! Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Claudinei Lucas was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, DRVH TEAM's Marcel Moraes got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Willian da Silveira hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Luís Fábio Ortiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remo Nóbrega having to interfere. In the 64th minute of the match Vladimir do Valle sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mário Breckenfeld skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, DRVH TEAM's Christian Paulista got a free kick in the 65th minute. Luís Fábio Ortiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Remo Nóbrega tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Jaime Proença hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luís Fábio Ortiz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Luiz Fábio Linares ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Remo Nóbrega was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Luís Fábio Ortiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of DRVH TEAM booed when Acurizal SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gernando Paes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute Luís Fábio Ortiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remo Nóbrega saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gernando Paes kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Luiz Fábio Linares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The DRVH TEAM fans' excitement grew in the 97th match minute when DRVH TEAM's Luís Fábio Ortiz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the referee ended the match the DRVH TEAM players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
