Dagoberto Zonta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Washington Sabóia having to interfere. Washington Sabóia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dadá Marques, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Washington Sabóia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dagoberto Zonta in the 12th minute of play. Vladimir Koehler's late challenge caught a HotWells's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vladimir Koehler helped the player get up and apologised. Vladimir Koehler hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute, Dadá Marques fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Monumental Dragões's Washington Sabóia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dadá Marques in the 21st minute of play. With a little luck, Monumental Dragões's Washington Sabóia got control of the ball when Dadá Marques tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dagoberto Zonta in the 24th minute of play forced Monumental Dragões's goalkeeper Washington Sabóia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Monumental Dragões's goalkeeper Washington Sabóia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dadá Marques. HotWells's Umberto Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinícius das Neves in the 43rd minute of play. Dagoberto Zonta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Washington Sabóia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. Vinícius das Neves missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 92 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Umberto Carneiro right hand side. A collision led to HotWells getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Claudinho Prestes hit a great ball.
