Spectators: 6676 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zeca da Costa started the match with the kick off. Currahnho EC's Luiz Fabiano Maia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeca da Costa in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeca da Costa in the 6th minute of play forced Currahnho EC's goalkeeper Luiz Fabiano Maia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 8 minutes into the game, when Doriva Cosme put in a rough tackle. Murillo da Costa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luiz Fabiano Maia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, Boa Vista FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gildo Vale to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the match, Currahnho EC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Perez came free, but Luiz Fabiano Maia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Douglas Neiva could shoot a difficult shot in the 22nd minute, which Gugu Pitta however easily saved by the left post. Douglas Neiva received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gugu Pitta came out and tried to block the shot, but Douglas Neiva slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 23rd minute. Boa Vista FC's Zeca da Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Douglas Neiva took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gugu Pitta. Gugu Pitta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After 32 minutes, Zeca da Costa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boa Vista FC and the Currahnho EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Boa Vista FC's Zeca da Costa got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Luiz Fabiano Maia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Perez, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Zeca da Costa took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luiz Fabiano Maia. Luiz Fabiano Maia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Cido Rosa hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zeca da Costa in the 49th minute of play forced Currahnho EC's goalkeeper Luiz Fabiano Maia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Zeca da Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Douglas Neiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gugu Pitta having to interfere. 59 minutes into the game, Ciro Perez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Luiz Fabiano Maia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Adrianinho Paranaense kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 65 minutes into the game, Adrianinho Paranaense was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Currahnho EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Boa Vista FC the free kick. In the 65th match minute, Currahnho EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrianinho Paranaense to maneuver through the defense. Ciro Perez struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Luiz Fabiano Maia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boa Vista FC. In the 72nd minute of the match, Zeca da Costa tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Luiz Fabiano Maia saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ciro Perez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Enéas Ribeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Fernandez in the 83rd minute of play forced Boa Vista FC's goalkeeper Gugu Pitta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Douglas Neiva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Currahnho EC's supporters rose to their feet, but Douglas Neiva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gugu Pitta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Douglas Neiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Gugu Pitta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Boa Vista FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Fred Macedo hit a great ball. Douglas Neiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gugu Pitta having to interfere. The Boa Vista FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Currahnho EC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
