Barradas EC's Ciro Valle got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ciro Valle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Augusto Pinheiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Brasil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Joaquim Munhoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joaquim Munhoz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ciro Valle's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Olavo de Carvalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Borimir Naydenov having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Barradas EC's Carlos Augusto Pinheiro got a free kick in the 25th minute. With his leg Joaquim Munhoz managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Barradas EC's Ciro Valle fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Dungeons FC's zone, Ciro Valle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquim Munhoz came out of the goal and Ciro Valle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Dungeons FC's Hugo Vinhas got a free kick in the 36th minute. Jorge Brasil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Munhoz having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ciro Valle to make the kick off. Jorge Brasil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquim Munhoz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Vinhas in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Borimir Naydenov saved Barradas EC from getting behind. If Ciro Valle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorge Brasil blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joaquim Munhoz having to make a save. Sungur Bağcıoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciro Valle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquim Munhoz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Dungeons FC's Joaquim Munhoz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Valle in the 65th minute of play. After 66 minutes Dungeons FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carlos Augusto Pinheiro who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Carlos Augusto Pinheiro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Joaquim Munhoz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The supporters of Barradas EC booed when Dungeons FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cipriano Alcântara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joaquim Munhoz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciro Valle in the 77th minute of the match. Edmundo Nóbrega kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Ciro Valle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Joaquim Munhoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodriguinho de Senna during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some careless play in the Dungeons FC defense, Sungur Bağcıoğlu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joaquim Munhoz. The Dungeons FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquim Munhoz should have stopped the shot.
