Nilmar Matorin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Digo Guerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 95 minutes into the game, GOIAS ESPORTE CLUBE's Olívio Cruz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nilmar Matorin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 99 minutes into the match, GOIAS ESPORTE CLUBE's Digo Guerra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nilmar Matorin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Graminea SC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
