An unexpectedly hard shot by Dinei Tasso in the 9th minute of play forced Ubauna's goalkeeper Carlos Fernando Guedes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Ubauna's Nilson de Godoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Naldo Freitas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
