Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rodrigo Cearense kicked off to start the match. After 5 minutes, Ronaldo Carneiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Andes and the Real Asgard Sociedad players grew even worse after the yellow card. Andes's Henrique Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Décio Severo in the 6th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Acácio Magalhães during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Henrique Leite showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Décio Severo in the 9th minute of the match. Mahsun Sadiray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Henrique Leite tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Ivo Barbosa reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aílton Quaresma. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 22nd minute, Rodrigo Cearense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Durvalino Neiva fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Andes's protests and gave Durvalino Neiva a yellow card for diving instead. 27 minutes into the game, Décio Severo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Henrique Leite was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 31st minute, Acácio Magalhães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mahsun Sadiray sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henrique Leite made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mahsun Sadiray in the 38th minute of play. Ivo Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aílton Quaresma having to interfere. Real Asgard Sociedad's Vito Castro got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Real Asgard Sociedad made a substitution. Ernesto Maia replaced Mahsun Sadiray. After 52 played minutes Andes got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Cearense. Décio Severo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Henrique Leite having to make a save. Vítor Varela kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. The supporters of Andes booed when Real Asgard Sociedad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vito Castro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivo Barbosa struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Aílton Quaresma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Andes. 80 minutes into the match, Andes's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Maia came free, but Henrique Leite reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Real Asgard Sociedad fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Real Asgard Sociedad's Ernesto Maia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Ernesto Maia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 92nd minute, Décio Severo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real Asgard Sociedad fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivo Barbosa in the 96th minute of play forced Real Asgard Sociedad's goalkeeper Aílton Quaresma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Real Asgard Sociedad played a much better game than Andes and deserved their victory. The Andes players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
