The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Douglas Amorim was the one to do the kick off. Kauã Vinhas took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gino Pontes. Gino Pontes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. When Mateus Abraão fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ibitiguira's protests and gave Mateus Abraão a yellow card for diving instead. After 65 played minutes Ibitiguira got a freekick which was hit by Mateus Abraão. Renan Gaúcho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeu de Brito having to interfere. Marquinhos Quadros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romeu de Brito having to interfere. In the 83rd match minute, Quixara FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charles Fantini to maneuver through the defense. Ibitiguira's Romeu de Brito proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Ibitiguira from getting a goal against them. Renan Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Romeu de Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Renan Gaúcho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luís Gustavo Toscano hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Ibitiguira were victorious despite being under pressure from Quixara FC for much of the match.
