SC Proença's supporters crossed their fingers, but Walmir Prata was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 29 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when SC Proença's Walmir Prata fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Natercia's Pedro Brito got a free kick in the 30th minute. Nelson do Vale struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Nilton Toledo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Proença. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Válter Rosa was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to SC Proença getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Walmir Prata hit a great ball. Nilton Toledo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nelson do Vale showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 60 minute of play. Jarbas Pitta kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. SC Proença's Nelson do Vale got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Willian Gaspar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Nilton Toledo made a huge save.
