Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Papucu EC's Franklin Braga started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Adriano da Cunha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin Braga in the 3rd minute of play. Chico Reis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juarês Vinhas's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Orlando Salles kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Juarês Vinhas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Chico Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivo das Neves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chico Reis having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juarês Vinhas in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chico Reis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 23rd minute, Cauan Pereira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chico Reis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivo das Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 played minutes Papucu EC got a freekick which was hit by Eusébio Messias. Juarês Vinhas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adriano da Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franklin Braga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Papucu EC's Cícero Meireles got a free kick in the 39th minute. Papucu EC's Chico Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juarês Vinhas in the 40th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cauan Pereira during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 41st match minute, Papucu EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauan Pereira to maneuver through the defense. Franklin Braga struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Adriano da Cunha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Papucu EC. After a rather tough play, Papucu EC's Eusébio Messias got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juarês Vinhas to strike the kick off in the second half. If Ivo das Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. After 76 minutes, Dorian Cardozo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cascaralhado F.C and the Papucu EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Papucu EC booed when Cascaralhado F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorian Cardozo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adriano da Cunha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Souto in the 81st minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Dorian Cardozo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Cascaralhado F.C's Evaristo Sabóia got a free kick in the 90th minute. Chico Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juarês Vinhas, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cascaralhado F.C players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Papucu EC.
