Soinho EC's Silvério Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franklin Braga in the 5th minute of play. In the 11thth minute of the game Franklin Braga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Soinho EC's Silvério Soares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Soinho EC's goal looked a bit too open when Franklin Braga came free, but Silvério Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Papucu EC's Chico Reis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Papucu EC from getting a goal against them. Gustavo Souto struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Silvério Soares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Papucu EC. 35 minutes into the match, Soinho EC's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Souto came free, but Silvério Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 37 minutes of play, Papucu EC's Gustavo Souto made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvério Soares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Silvério Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Souto in the 41st minute of the match. In the 44th match minute, Soinho EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamim Barros to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benjamim Barros to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Franklin Braga took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Silvério Soares to make any attempt to save it. Eusébio Messias hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by Papucu EC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Chicão Andrade was slow to take the kick. During this time Soinho EC's players had a chance to rest. Chicão Andrade made a great header on Soinho EC's corner, it was just that Papucu EC's Chico Reis managed to reach the ball for a save. 73 minutes into the match, Franklin Braga dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Silvério Soares, 0-4. 80 minutes into the match, Soinho EC's goalkeeper Silvério Soares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustavo Souto. Franklin Braga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Franklin Braga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 89 in the game by Gustavo Souto from a close distance when the talented Silvério Soares managed to make a qualified save. Soinho EC's players were relieved. Papucu EC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
