Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Toninho Damião made the kick off which started today's match. 2 minutes into the game, Dênis Vieira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Erik Paranaense was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 6th minute Hélder Salles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 6th minute, Gualter Moreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Toninho Damião had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the game, Galos AD's Hélder Salles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erik Paranaense made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Erik Paranaense came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Galos AD's Dênis Vieira. But to his dismay, Dênis Vieira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 24th minute, Igor Topolski made a precise shot to the right of Erik Paranaense. Araguaya's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. 30 minutes into the match, Hélder Salles dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Erik Paranaense, 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Topolski in the 32nd minute of play forced Araguaya's goalkeeper Erik Paranaense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Igor Topolski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Erik Paranaense. That made the score 6-0 in the 34 minute of play. Erik Paranaense was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Igor Topolski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Igor Topolski really showed his touch with that goal: 7-0. Erik Paranaense made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hélder Salles in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

Erik Paranaense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramón Britto, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 56th minute, Hélder Salles made a precise shot to the right of Erik Paranaense. Araguaya's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. Erik Paranaense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroldo Corrêa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute, Dênis Vieira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erik Paranaense was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. The supporters of Galos AD booed when Araguaya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Toninho Damião didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute Igor Topolski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute, Hélder Salles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erik Paranaense was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0. In the 80th minute Haroldo Corrêa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Toninho Damião hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute, Hélder Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 87 played minutes Galos AD got a freekick which was hit by Serafim Catarinense. 90 minutes into the match, Galos AD's goal looked a bit too open when Beto Montenegro came free, but Claudinho Arruda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erik Paranaense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hélder Salles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 94 played minutes Araguaya got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Paes. Erik Paranaense stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hélder Salles's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Galos AD's Hélder Salles got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Galos AD players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
