Spectators: 6710 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 50) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ludomil Lanczak took the kick off in the first half of the match. The Traficantes FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of Traficantes FC booed when Malhadas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Toledo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Malhadas's Nilson Faria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulisses de Andrade in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute Augusto Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Trancoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miguel Trancoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Camargo in the 22nd minute. Nilson Faria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulisses de Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The Malhadas players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Traficantes FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Augusto Toledo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludomil Lanczak in the 53rd minute of play forced Malhadas's goalkeeper Nilson Faria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Trancoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Mazza in the 56th minute of the match. A collision led to Traficantes FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. José Augusto Leite hit a great ball. Ludomil Lanczak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilson Faria having to interfere. Ludomil Lanczak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nilson Faria having to make a save. In the 72nd minute Ludomil Lanczak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilson Faria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nilson Faria was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Ludomil Lanczak capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ludomil Lanczak really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Miguel Trancoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Camargo, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. If Victor Camargo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Michel Saldanha hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the match, Malhadas's goal looked a bit too open when Ludomil Lanczak came free, but Nilson Faria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Ulisses de Andrade got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ludomil Lanczak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victor Camargo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Miguel Trancoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Malhadas getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Teodoro Vasconcelos hit a great ball.
