Spectators: 7274 (Terracing: 5457, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Nicolas Lara got the match started through his kick off. Alcobaca SS's Genílson Salles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelinho Porto in the 7th minute of play. Genílson Salles came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Desportiva Ubaense's Haroldo Melo. But to his dismay, Haroldo Melo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Genílson Salles showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelinho Porto in the 12th minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Nicolas Lara ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claudinei Brodel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Desportiva Ubaense's Claudinei Brodel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Desportiva Ubaense from getting a goal against them. In the 31st minute Marcelinho Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genílson Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Alcobaca SS's zone, Haroldo Melo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Genílson Salles came out of the goal and Haroldo Melo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Basílio Arruda's late challenge caught a Desportiva Ubaense's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Basílio Arruda helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute, Basílio Arruda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelinho Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Genílson Salles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Genílson Salles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Melo, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Marcelinho Porto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Desportiva Ubaense getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Haroldo Melo hit a great ball. In the 48th minute, Haroldo Melo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Genílson Salles was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcelinho Porto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alcobaca SS's Genílson Salles proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Alcobaca SS from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wágner Eger in the 64th minute of play forced Desportiva Ubaense's goalkeeper Claudinei Brodel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the game, Nicolas Lara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Claudinei Brodel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 69th minute Marcelinho Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genílson Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 71 played minutes Marcelinho Porto rounded Alcobaca SS's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-3. Genílson Salles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelinho Porto in the 77th minute of play. Haroldo Melos short, quick shot in the 78thth minute got Genílson Salles to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice moves Haroldo Melo could shoot a difficult shot in the 80th minute, which Genílson Salles however easily saved by the left post. Haroldo Melo in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Genílson Salles, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 90th minute Marcelinho Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genílson Salles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Marcelinho Porto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Desportiva Ubaense's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelinho Porto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Genílson Salles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 99 minutes into the match, Haroldo Melo notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Alcobaca SS's Genílson Salles. Genílson Salles was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the final whistle sounded Desportiva Ubaense left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Alcobaca SS.
