Spectators: 6657 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Muana's João Augusto Reis got a free kick in the 4th minute. 6 minutes into the match, Muana's goalkeeper Enrique Pombal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frederico Rezende. The audience was convinced that Richard Zilles's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Enrique Pombal was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. After 11 minutes, Alexandre Sena mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Muana and the Caem players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alexandre Sena kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the game, Richard Zilles recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Enrique Pombal. Richard Zilles showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The supporters of Caem booed when Muana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Augusto Reis didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Muana's Enrique Pombal got control of the ball when Frederico Rezende tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Rodolfo Silva sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Muana's Enrique Pombal didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruninho Tande in the 27th minute of play forced Caem's goalkeeper Dalmo Mineiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emílio Dante hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Edmílson Varela took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dalmo Mineiro. Caem's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Caem getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Genílson Zilles hit a great ball. Bruninho Tande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Dalmo Mineiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Bruninho Tande ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dalmo Mineiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Tomás de Amorim hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Rodolfo Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Muana's Edmílson Varela tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Richard Zilles to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frederico Rezende in the 52nd minute of play forced Muana's goalkeeper Enrique Pombal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sérgio Loureiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmo Mineiro having to interfere. Válbson Matos hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute Richard Zilles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Pombal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th match minute, Caem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Betão dos Santos to maneuver through the defense. Bruninho Tande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Dalmo Mineiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Muana fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when Muana's Bruninho Tande looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Frederico Rezende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute Richard Zilles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Pombal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 86 played minutes Caem got a freekick which was hit by Genílson Zilles. 89 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Silva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caem's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Muana the free kick. In the 89th match minute, Caem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Silva to maneuver through the defense. 92 minutes into the game, Muana's Bruninho Tande nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dalmo Mineiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Bruninho Tande succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-4 in the 96th playminute. Muana's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
