Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luís Guilherme Rosa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bonifacio Heli received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luís Guilherme Rosa came out and tried to block the shot, but Bonifacio Heli slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 40th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Davor Šuker stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luís Guilherme Rosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bonifacio Heli, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cláudio de Andrade in the 89th minute of play forced Mirity SC's goalkeeper Luís Guilherme Rosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Centralina EC's Bonifacio Heli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
