Spectators: 7229 (Terracing: 5423, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Christian Rodrigues made the kick off which started today's match. Sandrinho Guerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Kauan Bittencourt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 4th match minute, i9 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualter Rocha to maneuver through the defense. Júlio Vasconcelos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enéas Peres in the 10th minute of play. Rony Salgado charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rony Salgado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, i9 FC's Rony Salgado got a free kick in the 11th minute. In the 13th minute, Walmir Rosa had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. When Rony Salgado was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 13 minutes had been played. 15 minutes into the match, i9 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enéas Peres came free, but Júlio Vasconcelos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by José Paulo Gerber during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to i9 FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. José Paulo Gerber hit a great ball. Júlio Vasconcelos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enéas Peres in the 18th minute of the match. Gualter Rocha hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Raphael Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Júlio Vasconcelos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Enéas Peres came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Caxinana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enéas Peres couldn't finish the play. Gerson de Carvalho might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kauan Bittencourt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gerson de Carvalho ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind i9 FC's goalkeeper Júlio Vasconcelos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kauan Bittencourt made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Gerson de Carvalho sent off a good shot on target. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Gerson de Carvalho made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raphael Senna got free with Júlio Vasconcelos in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Júlio Vasconcelos was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Raphael Senna capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Raphael Senna really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Enéas Peres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, i9 FC's Júlio Vasconcelos got control of the ball when Enéas Peres tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to i9 FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Sandrinho Guerra hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, i9 FC's goalkeeper Júlio Vasconcelos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enéas Peres. Júlio Vasconcelos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romário Barros in the 66th minute. Caxinana's Christian Rodrigues got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Enéas Peres in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Júlio Vasconcelos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Sandrinho Guerra fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored i9 FC's protests and gave Sandrinho Guerra a yellow card for diving instead. Júlio Vasconcelos came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Caxinana's Enéas Peres. But to his dismay, Enéas Peres quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Thanks to some nice moves Enéas Peres could shoot a difficult shot in the 82nd minute, which Júlio Vasconcelos however easily saved by the left post. During the 84th minute of the match Gualter Rocha completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gualter Rocha a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After having played for 88 minutes, Raphael Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caxinana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raphael Senna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. João Adolfo de Senna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Júlio Vasconcelos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Caxinana's Enéas Peres sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Júlio Vasconcelos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Christian Rodrigues recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Enéas Peres got free in front of the goal in the 96th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Júlio Vasconcelos was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar.
