Parica EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Náutico the free kick. After a rather tough play, Parica EC's Ezequiel Massa got a free kick in the 7th minute. Tadeu Leme made in the 13th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Náutico's Renato Cerezo. After a rather tough play, Parica EC's Oséas Vianna got a free kick in the 30th minute. Perivaldo Tande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Massa in the 34th minute of play. When Oséas Vianna fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Parica EC's protests and gave Oséas Vianna a yellow card for diving instead. Oséas Vianna hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Alfredão Proença fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matías Alves having to interfere. Tadeu Leme kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Alfredão Proença sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Narciso Barral was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Náutico's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Barral came free, but Perivaldo Tande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, Náutico's Matías Alves threw himself towards the right post 60 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alfredão Proença, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Alfredão Proença fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matías Alves having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Alfredão Proença hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Alfredão Proença had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ezequiel Massa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Perivaldo Tande having to interfere. Perivaldo Tande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Barral, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 90th minute, Narciso Barral got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Perivaldo Tande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Barral in the 92nd minute of play. The Parica EC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Náutico were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
