After a rather tough play, Furtados FC's Doriva Leal got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 4 minutes into the match, Furtados FC's goal looked a bit too open when Belmiro Massa came free, but Jorge de Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albertino Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Alfredão Trigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guaramiranga FC's goalkeeper Alfredão Trigo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, Guaramiranga FC's Belmiro Massa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jorge de Carvalho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 17th of the match, Albertino Teixeira tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Alfredão Trigo got in the way and made a wonderful save. Alfredão Trigo made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Silas do Valle sent off a good shot on target. Jorge de Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Belmiro Massa in the 27th minute of the match. Jorge de Carvalho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Augusto Hames's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Furtados FC's Silas do Valle got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32nd match minute, Guaramiranga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Rocha to maneuver through the defense. Silas do Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredão Trigo having to interfere. When Albertino Teixeira came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Furtados FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albertino Teixeira couldn't finish the play. When Furtados FC's Albertino Teixeira in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Silas do Valle's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Alfredão Trigo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Jorge de Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belmiro Massa, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Belmiro Massa to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albertino Teixeira in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfredão Trigo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 54th minute, Pedro Augusto Hames got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Guaramiranga FC's zone, Silas do Valle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfredão Trigo came out of the goal and Silas do Valle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Albertino Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Alfredão Trigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chiquinho Marques took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 74th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jorge de Carvalho. Furtados FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Silas do Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredão Trigo having to interfere. A collision led to Guaramiranga FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Kauan Aguiar hit a great ball. Alfredão Trigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albertino Teixeira in the 80th minute of play. The Furtados FC fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Furtados FC's Silas do Valle looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Silas do Valle struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Alfredão Trigo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Furtados FC. Kauan Aguiar hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute Silas do Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredão Trigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albertino Teixeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Alfredão Trigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Furtados FC's zone, Belmiro Massa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge de Carvalho came out of the goal and Belmiro Massa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Furtados FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
