Spectators: 7180 (Terracing: 5419, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dorian Paes kicked off to start the match. When Dorian Paes came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the CORINTHIANS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dorian Paes couldn't finish the play. Pedro Augusto Hames fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernani Albuquerque having to interfere. A collision led to CORINTHIANS getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Carlos Fernando Silva hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind CORINTHIANS's goalkeeper Hernani Albuquerque, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Carlos Fernando Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. If Dorian Paes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albertino Ramos hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Benedito Godoi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 30th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Alessandro Hermes in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alfredão Trigo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After a rather tough play, Guaramiranga FC's Júlio Moreno got a free kick in the 51st minute. Belmiro Massa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Hernani Albuquerque tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th match minute, Guaramiranga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Rocha to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Augusto Hames got free with Hernani Albuquerque in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Belmiro Massa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hernani Albuquerque having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Guaramiranga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Hermes came free, but Alfredão Trigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albertino Ramos hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Belmiro Massa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guaramiranga FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Belmiro Massa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hernani Albuquerque breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Belmiro Massa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hernani Albuquerque read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. CORINTHIANS's Alessandro Hermes got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 80 played minutes Guaramiranga FC got a freekick which was hit by Kauan Aguiar. Hernani Albuquerque came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Guaramiranga FC's Pedro Augusto Hames. But to his dismay, Pedro Augusto Hames quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 93rd minute, Kauan Aguiar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alessandro Hermes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredão Trigo having to interfere. In the 95th minute, one of Guaramiranga FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Guaramiranga FC. Benedito Godoi walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. The CORINTHIANS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Guaramiranga FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
