After a rather tough play, Leokin F.C's Umberts Birkenšteins got a free kick in the 15th minute. Mathias Ceresso came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Leokin F.C's Umberts Birkenšteins. But to his dismay, Umberts Birkenšteins quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 20 played minutes Leokin F.C got a freekick which was hit by Rômulo Branco. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Luiz Salgado in the 23rd minute of play forced Leokin F.C's goalkeeper Ismael Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Umberts Birkenšteins's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 26thth minute, Mathias Ceresso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ismael Soares showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that André Luiz Salgado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ismael Soares was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Soccer Novice's Carlos Mota got a free kick in the 37th minute. Jacek Brack had several of the Soccer Novice's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 39 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Mathias Ceresso as he didn't even see the shot coming. Ismael Soares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilson Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jacek Brack to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Umberts Birkenšteins managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leokin F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Umberts Birkenšteins was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mathias Ceresso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ismael Soares made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when André Luiz Salgado sent off a good shot on target.
