Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Juvenal Romero made the kick off which started today's match. After 10 minutes, Luiz Gustavo Ribeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Muleke Travesso MZB and the Gil AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nelsinho França received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. João Vítor Branco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Vítor Branco came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Gil AD's Nelsinho França. But to his dismay, Nelsinho França quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Nelsinho França received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. João Vítor Branco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Vítor Branco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juvenal Romero, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Muleke Travesso MZB's zone, Juvenal Romero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Vítor Branco came out of the goal and Juvenal Romero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nelsinho França's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Vítor Branco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. In the 34thth minute of the game Juvenal Romero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Muleke Travesso MZB's João Vítor Branco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. João Vítor Branco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juvenal Romero's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Gil AD's Juvenal Romero in the 37th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but João Vítor Branco was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Muleke Travesso MZB through an amazing save. In the 39th minute, Ademar de Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nelsinho França received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. João Vítor Branco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. During the 43rd minute of the match Luiz Gustavo Ribeiro completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Luiz Gustavo Ribeiro a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Muleke Travesso MZB's Valdo Donatello got a free kick in the 48th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Gil AD's Danilo Domingues tried to score from far away in the 49th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.

João Vítor Branco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nelsinho França went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 61st minute, Nelsinho França left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gil AD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mateus Breckenfeld during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 68th minute, Mateus Breckenfeld hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Gil AD's João Carlos Azevedo got control of the ball when Mateus Breckenfeld tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 75th minute Nelsinho França shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Vítor Branco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 78 minutes of play, Gil AD's Juvenal Romero made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Vítor Branco was left in no man's land by his defense there! 81 minutes into the match, Muleke Travesso MZB's goal looked a bit too open when Nelsinho França came free, but João Vítor Branco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mateus Breckenfeld could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but João Carlos Azevedo made a huge save. Nelsinho França recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juvenal Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without João Vítor Branco having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Geovanni Valladares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 91 minutes Muleke Travesso MZB's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Danilo Domingues who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Samuca Prestes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Muleke Travesso MZB's João Vítor Branco did a great save. João Vítor Branco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Galvão in the 95th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Muleke Travesso MZB's zone, Nelsinho França stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Vítor Branco came out of the goal and Nelsinho França tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Gil AD fully deserved thier win.
