Nilson Brodel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Christian Catarinense showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Anapolina's goalkeeper Nilson Brodel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kryspin Radzyminski. Anapolina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Catauara EC the free kick. Dino Matorin hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christian Catarinense was the one to do the kick off. Kryspin Radzyminski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
