Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when William Bezerra took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute, Sydney da Silveira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luisinho Motta was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sydney da Silveira in the 8th minute of play forced Lajedao's goalkeeper Luisinho Motta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 11 minutes on the clock, Dedê Fantini commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 11th minute of the game. One of Lajedao:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tauoa SS:s goal. The referee gave Tauoa SS a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Pedro Augusto Martins, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lajedao's Luisinho Motta. 0-2. Luisinho Motta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Bezerra in the 18th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Tauoa SS's goalkeeper David Porto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Delfim Lima. The supporters of Lajedao booed when Tauoa SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Augusto das Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Júlio Rosado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lajedao's supporters rose to their feet, but Júlio Rosado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Porto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. David Porto made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Sidnei Freire sent off a good shot on target. Delfim Lima who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 30thth minute tested the skills of David Porto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 31st minute, Allan Novaes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. William Bezerra took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luisinho Motta. Luisinho Motta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 41 minutes into the match, William Bezerra notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Lajedao's Luisinho Motta. Luisinho Motta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alessandro da Silva hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Delfim Lima stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 64 minutes, Rômulo da Silva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tauoa SS and the Lajedao players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rômulo da Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Sidnei Freire managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lajedao's supporters rose to their feet, but Sidnei Freire was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Porto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sidnei Freire kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Luisinho Motta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Bezerra in the 77th minute of play. In the 80th play minute Sydney da Silveira came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Luisinho Motta. 0-5. Luisinho Motta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of William Bezerra's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. William Bezerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. William Bezerra struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Luisinho Motta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tauoa SS. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tauoa SS had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
