Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfredinho Varela started the match with the kick off. Hazar Mülayim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duda Mattos having to interfere. Hazar Mülayim hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. If Marcos Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. muuh fc's Nelsinho Camargo got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Marcos Tepedino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Duda Mattos was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. In the 17th minute, Marcos Tepedino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 19 minutes, Marcos Tepedino made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Itaara's Duda Mattos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcos Tepedino in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Duda Mattos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frank Baiano was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Jerônimo das Neves capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jerônimo das Neves really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. After 30 minutes, Cléberson Vianna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Itaara and the muuh fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cléberson Vianna hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Hazar Mülayim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Duda Mattos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. muuh fc's Marcos Tepedino got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hazar Mülayim's late challenge caught a Itaara's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hazar Mülayim helped the player get up and apologised. Hazar Mülayim hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Frank Baiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredinho Varela in the 43rd minute of play. In the 46th minute, Jerônimo das Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Marcos Tepedino sped through Itaara's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Duda Mattos. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcos Tepedino made a kick off. The long shot by Murilo Bittencourt in the 53rd minute really tested Duda Mattos's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 58th minute, Maurinho Alagoano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Itaara getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Alfredinho Varela hit a great ball. muuh fc's Nelsinho Camargo got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 68 minutes, Cafu de Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. muuh fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cafu de Barros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. muuh fc's Frank Baiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeu Diniz in the 69th minute of play. Marcos Tepedino's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 72ndth minute, Duda Mattos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Murilo Bittencourt fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored muuh fc's protests and gave Murilo Bittencourt a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to muuh fc getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Murilo Bittencourt hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Abelardo Quintal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Itaara's supporters rose to their feet, but Abelardo Quintal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Frank Baiano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Duda Mattos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcos Tepedino in the 81st minute. The supporters of Itaara booed when muuh fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Richard Simão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Duda Mattos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcos Tepedino's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Marcos Tepedino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Marcos Tepedino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, muuh fc's Hazar Mülayim got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the match was over muuh fc could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Itaara throughout the match.
