But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zamora Gudiel couldn't finish the play. Ronaldinho Trancoso kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Amador Roland's late challenge caught a Igara EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amador Roland helped the player get up and apologised. Amador Roland hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Zamora Gudiel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Custódio Gomes having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Peder Salqvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Igara EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Peder Salqvist made the kick off in the second half. Igara EC's attentive Adalberto Lopez managed to snatch the ball when Luizão Rosado made a throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game. With a little luck, Estrema's Custódio Gomes got control of the ball when Peder Salqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adalberto Lopez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Custódio Gomes made a huge save. 55 minutes into the match, Estrema's goalkeeper Custódio Gomes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peder Salqvist. Paulão de Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the game, Zamora Gudiel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Custódio Gomes. Zamora Gudiel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. In the 69th minute of the match, Zamora Gudiel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Custódio Gomes saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Rudolf Eiramdzhan hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After 73 minutes, Afonso Paranaense mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Igara EC and the Estrema players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 73rd minute, Afonso Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peder Salqvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Custódio Gomes made a huge save. A collision led to Estrema getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Amador Roland hit a great ball. Zamora Gudiel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Peder Salqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Custódio Gomes was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. In the 95th minute, Peder Salqvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Igara EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4.
