Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gernando Fontes started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. W.L.M's Josué Favoretto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gernando Fontes in the 5th minute of play. Marco Gaspar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Josué Favoretto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gernando Fontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. W.L.M's Josué Favoretto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gernando Fontes in the 11th minute of play. Lenílson Xavier took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Josué Favoretto. Josué Favoretto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Amazonia AD's Marco Gaspar got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Josué Favoretto made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Marco Gaspar sent off a good shot on target. Marco Gaspar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josué Favoretto having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Marco Gaspar could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Josué Favoretto however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gernando Fontes in the 30th minute of play forced W.L.M's goalkeeper Josué Favoretto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to W.L.M getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Ivo Lago hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marco Gaspar got free with Josué Favoretto in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Gernando Fontes took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Josué Favoretto to make any attempt to save it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ivo Lago stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gernando Fontes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Josué Favoretto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marco Gaspar went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Gaspar in the 58th minute of play forced W.L.M's goalkeeper Josué Favoretto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Josué Favoretto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marco Gaspar's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. When Amazonia AD's Marco Gaspar in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye W.L.M's goalie prevented a goal. 66 minutes into the game, Lenílson Xavier cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Josué Favoretto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Josué Favoretto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gernando Fontes's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. 73 minutes into the match, W.L.M's goal looked a bit too open when Claudinho Simão came free, but Josué Favoretto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Josué Favoretto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudinho Simão, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After 75 played minutes W.L.M got a freekick which was hit by Ivo Lago. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Gaspar in the 76th minute of play forced W.L.M's goalkeeper Josué Favoretto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lenílson Xavier hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Marco Gaspar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Josué Favoretto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, W.L.M's goal looked a bit too open when Gernando Fontes came free, but Josué Favoretto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. W.L.M's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
